Frost プライバシーポリシー

本ポリシーは、Windows 向けアプリ「Frost」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、個人情報を含むいかなる情報も収集しません。開発者や第三者のサーバーへ情報を送信することもありません。

2. お使いのパソコン内に保存される情報

本アプリは、機能を提供するために次の情報をお使いのパソコン内にのみ保存します。

• グループの名前・位置・大きさ・色、透明度や言語などの設定
• グループに追加したファイル・フォルダ・アプリの場所（パス）
• 不具合調査のためのエラーログ（エラーが発生した場合のみ）

これらはお使いのパソコンの外へ送信されることはなく、本アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。

3. ファイルへのアクセス

本アプリは、デスクトップにあるファイルや、ユーザーがグループに追加したファイルの名前とアイコンを読み取り、表示します。ファイルの内容を読み取ることはありません。ファイルの移動・コピー・ショートカット作成・名前の変更・削除は、ユーザーがドラッグ＆ドロップや右クリックメニューで操作したときにだけ、Windows 標準の機能（デスクトップやエクスプローラーと同じ処理）によって行われます。

4. インターネット通信

本アプリはインターネット通信を行いません。広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングの仕組みも含まれていません。

5. 第三者への提供

本アプリは情報を収集しないため、第三者に提供することはありません。なお、Microsoft Store での購入・ダウンロードに関する情報は Microsoft のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容を変更する場合は、このページでお知らせします。

Frost Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Windows app “Frost” (the “App”) handles information.

1. Information we collect

The App does not collect any information, including personal information. It does not send any information to the developer or to third-party servers.

2. Information stored on your PC

To provide its features, the App stores the following only on your PC:

• Group names, positions, sizes and colors, and settings such as transparency and language
• The locations (paths) of files, folders and apps you add to groups
• An error log for troubleshooting (only when an error occurs)

This information never leaves your PC and is removed when you uninstall the App.

3. Access to files

The App reads the names and icons of files on your desktop and of files you add to groups, in order to display them. It does not read file contents. Files are moved, copied, renamed, deleted or shortcuts created only when you do so yourself by dragging and dropping or through the right-click menu, using the standard Windows features (the same operations as on the desktop or in File Explorer).

4. Internet access

The App does not connect to the internet. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking.

5. Sharing with third parties

Because the App collects no information, nothing is shared with third parties. Information related to purchasing and downloading through the Microsoft Store is handled under Microsoft’s privacy policy.
